    Hasseler Named Senior VP for Academic Affairs, Dean of the College

    Dr. Susan S. Hasseler has been named senior vice president for Academic Affairs and Dean of the College. She most recently served at Messiah College in Grantham, Pa. Her appointment marks the first time in Augustana's 151-year history that a woman will serve as Dean.

    High school juniors and seniors, and their parents, are invited to join us for our Game Day visit.  The event will include an overview of academic and student life, a campus tour, pre-game pizza, and tickets to the Augustana Men’s and Women’s Basketball double-header against U-Mary. You’ll gain some insight and take in some action.

    The Eide/Dalrymple features Sioux Falls artist Linda Ackland-Kolb's unique pastel pigment on beeswax ground pieces in "Earth's Forces on Wax and Other Images," on display Feb. 1-March 3. A Gallery Reception and Artist's Talk are scheduled for Friday, Feb. 10.
