Midwest Conference on Deaf Education
Save the Date for the fifth Midwest Conference on Deaf Education,
July 15-16, 2013
The mission of the Midwest Conference on Deaf Education is to provide professional development opportunities to individuals who work with deaf and hard-of-hearing youth, birth to 21. The collaboration of various stakeholders in the field at this conference will allow for the sharing of expertise and information regarding current best practices in deaf education with one another and with parents. It is our goal that this collaboration will promote the academic outcomes of deaf and hard-of-hearing youth, enabling them to reach their maximum potential and become productive members of the Deaf community and society, in general.

This is an excellent opportunity for local and corporate vendors to connect with educators, interpreters, and administrations from this region.
One semester hour of credit from Augustana College, either undergraduate or graduate, will be available for an additional $50. CEU credit will also be available.
The DO-IT Center is an Approved RID CMP Sponsor for Continuing Education Activities. This program is offered for a total of 1.25 CEUs in both GS and PS at the little/none Content Knowledge Level.
