FormsThe forms online (with the exception of the W-4) have been changed in a way that will now allow you to type your information. We hope that this will be an added convenience to you. Once you have completed the document, please print it, add the appropriate signatures, review with the employee if necessary (performance appraisals), and deliver it to the appropriate destination.
