International Student Checklist
To complete your application file and be considered for admission and scholarships, please submit the following six documents:
1. Completed Application for Admission and Scholarships for international students.
2. All secondary and post-secondary transcripts.
3. One reference (.pdf)
4. One Essay (minimum of 250 words, in English, on any topic. Essay may be something already completed for class).
5.. English Language Test Scores from one or more of the following tests: TOEFL (Augustana's Institutional Code is 6015), IELTS or EIKEN.
6. Financial Statement.

7. To reserve your place in the class, please submit your non-refundable $200 enrollment deposit.
8. Health forms.
9. Housing forms.
10. Be sure to send us the details of your arrival so that we can schedule pickup from the airport.
