Alumni Council Awards and Honors Nomination Form

The Alumni Office and Alumni Council are always seeking nominations for the Alumni Achievement, Horizon, Athletic Hall of Fame and other awards.

Each year at Viking Days we recognize outstanding Augustana Alumni - people who are making a real difference in the world.

Have one of your classmates excelled in their profession and are involved in their church and community?

If so, nominate them for an award today. A form is available below.
