Isaac Krueger '12, Marketing Coordinator at Avera Health
Isaac Krueger is Marketing Coordinator for Avera Health working with the Health Plans and their employers, agents and providers areas. He graduated from Augustana College in 2012 with a degree in business and an emphasis in marketing. Upon graduation he took a job at Augustana College as an Admission Counselor with the responsibility of recruiting the Nebraska area and Colorado. After working as an Admission Counselor for a year and a half he moved to Avera Health and has been working there ever since. Isaac is an avid entrepreneur having started two businesses before leaving college and enjoys the thrills new endeavors bring.
Kerri DeGraff '06, Development Director at Feeding South DakotaAs the Development Director of Feeding South Dakota, Kerri is responsible for overseeing all fund development strategies and tactics including annual fundraising, major gift campaigns, corporate sponsorships, capital campaigns, planned giving, public relations, and marketing and communication efforts. Prior to her work at Feeding South Dakota Kerri served as the Community Impact Director at the Sioux Empire United Way for 5 1⁄2 years where she was responsible for overseeing the management of program and project investments in excess of $9.5 million distributed to over 95 programs. She has been featured in 605 Magazine’s “Five Young Leaders to Watch” and nominated for “Tomorrow’s Leader” at the YWCA Tribute to Women event. She is a graduate of Leadership Sioux Falls 25, Embe Women’s Leadership Program, and a board member of the Furniture Mission. Most recently she was recognized for her volunteer work by the Helpline Center as a Spirit of Volunteerism nominee. Kerri is currently pursuing her MBA through the University of South Dakota.
Robert Fouberg '92, Senior VP and General Counsel at Dakotah Bank
Robert Fouberg is senior vice president and general counsel for Dacotah Bank in Aberdeen. He has been involved with many local organizations. Fouberg brings a background in banking, economics and law to the board. He is a graduate of Augustana College, the University of Nebraska College of Law and the University of Wisconsin Graduate School of Banking. Robert began his professional career in 1995, practicing law for two years with the firm of Bantz, Gosch & Cremer in Aberdeen. In 1997, he moved to the Washington, DC area where he served as legislative counsel to US Representative John Thune. In 1999, Robert left Capitol Hill to serve as the manager of agriculture and conservation policy for Ducks Unlimited, Inc. and in 2000 joined the American Bankers Association as senior counsel. In 2003, Robert returned to South Dakota and today serves as senior vice president of, and general counsel and secretary to both Dacotah Banks, Inc. and its subsidiary, Dacotah Bank.
Cami Koehn '12, Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch
Cami graduated from Augustana College in May of 2013. From Augustana, she received a business degree with an emphasis in management and marketing, as well as a minor in psychology. During her time at Augustana, Cami was active in many groups and organizations, most noteworthy of which was her participation on the women's basketball team. In her senior season, the team advanced to the Final Four, which marks the greatest feat in Augustana's basketball program to date. Currently, Cami is working at Merrill Lynch. She is financial advisor with The Jeffrey Brecht Group. Cami holds the Series 7, Series 66, and Life & Health Insurance licenses.
Sam Hoskins '14, Trust Investment Specialist at Dorsey & Whitney Trust Co.
Sam Hoskins graduated from Augustana College in May 2014, with a major in Business Administration, emphasis in finance, and a minor in Economics. Sam accepted a job with Dorsey & Whitney Trust Co. as a trust Investments specialist and is currently studying for his Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) exam.
Mike Ebbing '98, Director of Human Resources at Sonstegard Foods
Mike Ebbing graduated from Augustana College in 1998 with a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, an emphasis in management, and a minor in history. He immediately entered graduate school at Cleveland State University where he graduated with a master’s degree in labor relations/human resources in December 1999. He completed an internship in HR with Bell Paper in Sioux Falls while attending Augie. While attending CSU he worked part-time for one of the most successful MRI (Management Recruiters International) franchises in the world. After grad school Mike worked for two years as the HR Manager for Ellison Meat Company in Pipestone, MN. After that he spent 11 years working for StarMark Cabinetry in Sioux Falls as the HR Manager, and later was promoted to HR Director. Mike accepted a new position five months ago and is now director of HR for Sonstegard Foods. He provides HR oversight to 476 employees in six states and has been a member of SHRM (Society for Human Resource Managers) for most of his career. He successfully passed the PHR (Professional in Human Resources) exam early in his career and later the SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources).
Gregg Gohl '93, Owner/Broker/Realtor at Hegg Realtors
Gregg Gohl is a 1993 Augustana College graduate and the co-owner of Hegg, Realtors Inc. in Sioux Falls.  Hegg is the top residential real estate firm in the state and is also the oldest (founded in 1945).  Gregg oversees the day-to-day operations of the company which includes 146 real estate agents and 7 employees.   He is married to J.J. who is a 1995 graduate of Augustana and who also teaches in the English Department.  J.J. and Gregg have three fantastic & energetic kids: Gage (Augie class of 2026), Drew (Augie class of 2028) and Lauryn (Augie class of 2033).
Kristina Johnson '13, Account Coordinator at Click Rain
In 2013, Kristina Johnson graduated from Augustana College with a bachelor of arts degree with majors in journalism and psychology and a minor in communication. In her current role as an account coordinator at Click Rain, she works on a variety of accounts, including healthcare, ecommerce, political and higher education clients. In addition to account work, she also manages internal projects including the company newsletter, social media, the internship program and coordinates the annual Trendigital Technology & Marketing Summit. Her strengths lie in project management, writing, and digital and public relations strategy.
Jamie Martin '11, Data Acquisition Engineer at BrightPlanet
Jamie Martin is a Data Acquisition Engineer for BrightPlanet, a software-as-a-service company based in Sioux Falls, SD, that specializes in the collection and structuring of web data at large scale. A 2011 Computer Science and Business Administration graduate from Augustana, Jamie works directly with BrightPlanet’s customers across a wide array of industries and helps customers utilize, structure, and visualize data collected from the public internet. In addition to managing customer projects, Jamie also assists the sales and marketing team in the development and documentation of collaterals and content as the lead contributor for BrightPlanet’s Deep Web University Blog.
Caitlin Olson '14, Accountant at Poet
Caitlin Olson graduated from Augustana College in May 2014 with a double major in Professional Accountancy and Business Administration, emphasis in Management Information Systems, and minor in Mathematics. During college, Caitlin was a Business Club Senator, SALT representative, Career Center employee and a tutor in both accounting and mathematics. She had the opportunity to work with multiple local businesses throughout college, including a group project for EDCO Group Inc. as the student Project Manager, an internship at Meta Payment Systems as a Reconciliation Intern, and an internship at POET as a Financial Reporting Intern. Following her internship at POET, Caitlin was offered a full-time position as an Accountant, specializing in Accounts Payable, and began working immediately after graduation. Caitlin is currently leading a Vendor Master project for POET and working towards attaining her CPA certification.
Kyle Mielke '13, Audit Associate at Eide Bailly LLP
Kyle Mielke, Parker High School, graduated from Augustana College in 2013 with a major in Economics and Professional Accountancy. He interned at Eide Bailly during his senior year and hired full-time starting July 2013 as a financial statement auditor. His primary work is on healthcare audits but he also performs audits, reviews, and compilations for various other industries and companies in the Sioux Empire; healthcare clients include for-profit and not-for-profit hospitals, nursing homes, health insurance, foundations, government facilities, and research organizations. These clients are primarily located in South Dakota but he also travels to clients Nebraska, Wyoming, Arkansas, Iowa, North Dakota, and Arizona.
Jackie Just '99, Owner of Just Bloomed
Jackie Just is the owner of Just Bloomed, an award-winning fresh floral design and styling studio specializing in weddings and lavish social events. After graduating from Augustana in 1999 and an early career with Advertising Agencies (Lawrence & Schiller in Sioux Falls and Colle+McVoy in Minneapolis), Jackie trained her artistic eye on a career in fresh floral and event design and launched Just Bloomed in 2004. With her signature look, Jackie captured the attention of the industry and quickly began working with the best event talent in the Twin Cities. Her work can now be seen on the pages of BRIDES Magazine, Minnesota Bride, Mpls/StPaul Magazine and The Knot as well as TV shows such as HGTV’s BATHtastic, Twin Cities Live, and ABC’s Emmy Award winning show Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. Jackie is honored to have been recognized twice as Best Florist by Minnesota Bride Magazine.
Aaron Moulton '02, Co-owner of Moulton & Associates Realtors
Aaron Moulton ('02) is a co-owner of Moulton & Associates, REALTORS in Ankeny, Iowa. Aaron graduated with a degree in business administration and after graduation moved home to join the family business, along with his 3 of his 4 brothers, a sister, and his parents. Two of Aaron's brothers own the state's largest home building company, Classic Builders. Aaron is the new home sales director for this company. In the past 8 years Classic Builders has become one of the nation's top 200 residential home builders, based on volume. Aaron is currently the top real estate agent in the state of Iowa, in the category of representing buyers of new construction homes. Aaron and his family members have sold nearly 4,000 homes in the last 25 years in the Des Moines metro market, making them the largest family owned real estate company in the state. Aaron blends his unique background of sales, marketing, web design, and finance, on a daily basis.
