Each freshman is assigned a Male and Female Group Leader (GL) to assist them with the transition to school. These mentors will be available to assist is almost any occasion. You will find that these upperclassmen are friendly, compassionate, and willing to be there with you through all the trials and tribulations that you may have. They come from a diverse background and are all leaders on campus.

Each group also has a Group Name that has been picked by their GL. This year's theme is Dream Big — Augustana NSO — Where Dreams Come True. Each Group Name represents a Dreamer.
