Community Service Project Reflection Form

Current Theme House Liaisons should use this form to let Residence Life know about completed service projects. This form should be completed within a week of every event, activity, or service project sponsored by your Theme House.

Please select your Theme House Designate.  A copy of this e-mail will be sent to them as well.  Danny Sandberg is the Designate for Heritage, Chrysalis, Nordland, and Campus Theme Houses. Lindsey Roberts is the Designate for Norway, Wahl, Nobel, Menlo Annex, Terning, and Olsen Theme Houses. Melinda Latas is the Designate for Hillsboro, Loki, Odin, Academy, and Lookout Theme Houses. Whitney Brown is the Global Education Theme House Designate, and Mark Blackburn is the Diversity Experience Theme House Designate.
