Reschedule Request Forms
To reschedule a game, a reschedule request form must be turned in at least 2 days prior to the originally scheduled contest. To access the rescheduling form online click the link below, or stop by the Recreational Services front desk. Contact the Intramural Coordinator (Chad Barman) at 5002 to obtain a list of available rescheduling times.
A forfeit will be declared if a team does not have the required number of players present at game time. If one team member is not present at the playing site 15 minutes prior to the scheduled game time, a forfeit may also be called. In order to claim a forfeit, the opposing team must have the number of players required to start a game - present and ready to play.
Teams which anticipate problems fielding a team for a scheduled contest may contact the Recreational Services Department (4637) at least 2 hours prior to game time to be credited with a default. A loss will be assessed for a default, but it will not count as a forfeit. If a team defaults twice they will be assessed a forfeit (2 defaults = 1 forfeit). Postponements due to field and/or weather conditions will be made by the Recreational Services Department on the day of play no earlier than 2pm. Teams scheduled to play that day should call the Recreational Services Department at 4637 to find out if scheduled games are being played.
