The Sherman Park Village site is comprised of two villages "north" and "south" as recorded by W. H. Over. Over's map shows 24 depressions associated with the "south" village and 79 depressions associated with the "north" village.
There are unconfirmed reports that many artifacts were recovered from the area of what is now the Great Plains Zoo.
