This new Center enhances and strengthens the visual arts for the College, the Sioux Falls community and the region. It allows Augustana to teach more fully, to share our cultural treasures with the community more generously and, in turn, shape our society for generations to come. Gone are the last of the old campus barracks. In their place is a functional and striking facility for the future.

*Eide/Dalrymple Gallery will bring traveling exhibits to Sioux Falls

*Permanent collection - including works of Picasso, Chagall, Winslow Homer, Whistler, Matisse and Rouault - also on display

*Liturgical art center will provide art services for area churches, clergy and architects and inspire quality religious expression

* Dedicated space provided for student work in a range of mediums

* Home for faculty artists, both teaching and creating

* The facility joins Michelangelo's Moses to reaffirm our commitment to the arts
