About the Augustana BSAD internship program

At Augustana College, students will have an opportunity to apply principles of business through practical experience in the Sioux Falls community or other locations across the country. Internships provide students with the experience they need to begin a successful career in business. Click here for recent internship samples.

To participate in the Internship Program, students enroll in ACCT 495 or BSAD 495, depending on their major. Enrollment requires the completion and submission of a Declaration of Intent; the Course Proposal finalizes enrollment in the internship; follow the links provided to access these fillable PDF forms.

The Department's Intern Handbook for Internships (available at the Campus Bookstore) provides information concerning prerequisites, registration, and course requirements as well as samples of documents required for enrollment in, and successful completion of, a Business Administration or Accounting internship. Both the Intern's Self Evaluation and the Site Supervisor's Evaluation are available as fillable PDF forms.
