Major Requirements

The requirements for obtaining a major or minor in economics are as follows:

Economics Major:
36 credit hours (25 credit hours in the department and 11 credit hours in supportive courses.)

Required Courses:
Economics 120, 121, 270, 320 , 321, 337 and 6 credit hours of Economics electives.

Supportive courses:
Accounting 210, Mathematics 251, and Government 120 or History 111 or Philosophy 230.
Economics Minor:
15 credit hours including Economics 120, 121, 320 and 321.
