At its December 2005 Reading Day Retreat revisions to the Unit’s Assessment System were approved. Data Review will now occur annually, at the August Departmental Retreat, prior to the start of the academic year when all data from the previous year have been collected, summarized, and analyzed. Action Plans will be completed at this time and will be done on an annual basis. Initial Level and Intermediate Level Portfolio Reviews will take place during the December and May Reading Day Retreats.
