SIOUX FALLS - Dr. Steven Matthews from the University of Minnesota Duluth will deliver a public lecture on Francis Bacon on Thursday, October 23, at 7:30 p.m. in the Humanities Center (room 123).
Dr. Matthews’ presentation is titled “Theology and Science in the Thought of Francis Bacon.”
This lecture is funded in part by Augustana College's Mellon Fund Committee and is sponsored by the College's Departments of English, History, and Religion, and the Natural Sciences Division.
