SIOUX FALLS – The annual Augustana Band Scholarship Concert is Friday, April 3, at 7:30 p.m. in the Great Hall of the Washington Pavilion of Arts and Science.

The concert is free and open to the public. A free-will offering will be received to support the Augustana Band International Travel Fund.

The program features the Augustana Band, the Augustana Wind Ensemble, and the Augustana College/Community Concert Band. Also featured is Dr. Christopher Stanichar, Director of Orchestral Activities at Augustana.

The Augustana Wind Ensemble’s performance includes the following selections:

Selections performed by the Augustana College/Community Concert Band include the following:

From Dawn to Dusk by Graham Lloyd
Olympia Hippodrome by Russell Alexander

The Augustana Band and Wind Ensemble are under the direction of Dr. Bruce T. Ammann. The College/Community Concert Band is under the direction of Dr. Paul R. Schilf.
