    Fighting Hunger and Feeding Hope youth basketball tournament

    The Augustana/Sanford Sports 'Fighting Hunger and Feeding Hope' youth basketball tournament is March 19-21 at the Elmen Center. Fifty percent of the admission fee benefits the local Food Pantry as well as the overseas organization World Vision.

    Caryn Riswold, class of 1993, returns to campus on Thursday, March 11, to give a public lecture entitled Christianity at the Intersections. Riswold will also be signing copies of her latest book, Feminism and Christianity: Questions and Answers in the Third Wave.

    Jazz On The Upper Great Plains Festival Celebrates 36th Year

    The Northlanders Jazz Band will perform Monday, March 8, at 7:30 p.m. and Tuesday, March 9, at 7:30 p.m. in Kresge Recital Hall as part of Augustana’s 2010 Jazz on the Upper Great Plains Festival. A pre-festival recital, featuring jazz vibraphone soloist Ted Pitzecker, will be held Sunday afternoon.
