Ladies Day at Augustana
“An Evening with Garrison Keillor”
Though we live where “ the women are strong, the men are good looking, and all the children are above average,” women still need a day—and an evening—out with their lady friends every once in a while.
The second annual Ladies Day at Augustana features “An Evening with Garrison Keillor” on Sunday, October 17. Keillor (shown right) promises delightful anecdotes about growing up in the Midwest and entertaining stories about the people of Lake Wobegon. Enjoy it all at the Washington Pavilion in Sioux Falls, SD.
The $65 ticket for Ladies Day at Augustana includes a cup of hot coffee when you arrive on campus in mid-afternoon, the opportunity to tour campus art exhibits, a late afternoon worship service in the Chapel of Reconciliation, supper at the Chatterbox Cafe à la Augustana, and a seat for the show. Reserve your place at www.augietickets.com.
