This fall's Augustana Academy for Seniors speakers will contribute their thoughts, experiences and insights on topics where they have demonstrated knowledge and experience.
Prospective students and their parents are invited to "Explore Augustana" for a half-day visit designed to acquaint them with the variety of academic and student life opportunities at Augustana through student and parent sessions, a campus tour, faculty discussions and time to discuss the University's scholarship and financial aid programs.
The Eide/Dalrymple Gallery presents "Ever I Know" a mixed-media presentation by Anh Ta '14. The exhibit runs through Saturday, Nov 10. A gallery reception is set for 7-9 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 18.
Augustana's Diversity and Inclusion Office and the Chabad Jewish Center of South Dakota welcome speakers Ms. Bea Karp (Nebraska) and Dr. Moshe Avital (New York) to campus on Tuesday, Oct. 23. The event begins at 7 p.m. in the Hamre Recital Hall (formerly Kresge Recital Hall).

Augustana Performing & Visual Arts will present a fall concert "Postcards from America" featuring the Augustana Band, under the direction of Christopher Unger; the Blue and Gold Band, under the direction of Larry Petersen; and the All-City Middle School Honor Band under the direction of Jason Rygg beginning at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 8, at the Washington Pavilion in downtown Sioux Falls.
Augustana Performing and Visual Arts will present the Band Festival Grand Finale Concert at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 10, at the Washington Pavilion. The event is a part of the 61st Annual Augustana Band Festival, set for Friday–Saturday, Nov. 9-10, in the Humanities Center on Augustana's campus.
The Augustana Union Board of Governors Big Event Committee will host a concert by American rapper and musician B.o.B on Sunday, Nov. 11, at The District in Sioux Falls.
