Join us for "When Citibank Came to South Dakota," a discussion led by attorney and author Douglas Hajek on the economics, personalities and politics behind the 1981 effort to bring the banking giant to the state. This event is sponsored by the Augustana Economics Club and is free and open to the public.
"Slavery Then, Today, and Tomorrow," is a newly announced lecture series examining the economics, politics of slavery throughout history. The lectures are free and open to the public.
Students present on their various home countries at 3 p.m. on Fridays as part of the Rendezvous Program. The events, which are hosted by the International Program Office and Augustana International Club, are free and open to the public.
