Family Self-Sufficiency Program

The Family Self Sufficiency Program gives a helping hand to assist highly motivated, low-income indivuduals and families with becoming economically self-sufficient.

Eligibility Requirements:

Low income
On the Certificate, Voucher, or Public Housing program at Sioux Falls Housing
Have applied and been accepted into the Family Self-Sufficiency Program
Willing to enroll in school, training, or seek employment

Services Available:

Family Self-Sufficiency works with other agencies to assist with:

Tuition	Transportation
Books	Job Training Preparation and Placement
Supplies	Basic Skills Upgrading
Childcare	Career Counseling
Required Uniforms	Psychological Counseling
Interview Outfits	Training in Parenting Skills, Financial Management and/or Household Managment
