Administrative Reappointment

Normally, letters of appointment are for the twelve-month period beginning August 1 through July 31.

Letters of reappointment are generally issued to administrative employees on or about April 15. Employees wishing to remain at the College shall sign and return the forms to the Human Resources Office within ten (10) working days. If the employee does not wish to renew the appointment or if further negotiation of the terms of the appointment is needed, notification of such intent should be tendered in writing to his or her immediate supervisor and the President within ten (10) working days.

Administrators who will not be receiving letters of reappointment must be notified in writing on or before May 31 of the contract year.
