Administrative Performance Appraisals

Each administrator will be evaluated once a year by his or her supervisor. The evaluation shall be composed of the following:

1. A joint analysis by the supervisor and the administrator of the extent to which the goals set the previous year have been accomplished. The administrator shall have the opportunity to make a written response to the analysis on the form. This analysis shall be signed by both the supervisor and the administrator.

2. A joint decision by the supervisor and the administrator on the goals to be achieved by the administrator during the next year. The administrator shall have the opportunity to make a written comment about the goals which have been set on the form. This form shall be signed by both the supervisor and the administrator.

3. A rating by the supervisor of the administrator's job performance. The rating sheet shall be shared with and signed by the administrator. The administrator shall have the opportunity to make a written response to the rating on the form.

4. Recommendations for an increase in an administrator's salary shall be made by the supervisor.
