Probationary Period

Your first three months of employment, called the probationary period, is the time to ask questions, learn your job, and decide if your job suits you.

During this time, your administrator will assist you and will also evaluate your performance so you can receive a written performance appraisal at the end of the probationary period.

If you are unhappy with your job or are unable to perform its duties, you may resign or be released without the customary notice during this period.
