Staffing Policy

Effort directed toward securing employees for the College will be handled by the Vice President for Human Resources and others designated by the President. Such policy will avoid duplication of effort and inconsistency in the College image. Advertising, interviewing, reference checking, and correspondence will be coordinated by the Vice President for Human Resources in concert with the appropriate department.

Employment offers are issued at the request of the President in consultation with appropriate administrator(s), and/or selection committee(s), and/or the Vice President for Human Resources.
