TIAA-CREF Retirement Plan

You must participate in the College's retirement plan. The plan provides for a contribution from you and a contribution from the College under the following schedule: Participation shall be as follows:

1-5	4%	4%
6-10	4%	6%
11-15	5%	6%
15+	5%	7%

Full vesting is currently set at 23 months. Call the Human Resources Office for plan details.
