The Computer Help Desk employes a variety of students each year.

Help Desk Technicians: These students work an average of 20 hours per week. These Techs have a variety of responsibilities at the Help Desk ranging from User Support to Staff Management to special projects as assigned. These Techs are hired in the spring of each year to work the following year.

Help Desk Assistant: These students are assigned through the Financial Aid office as work study positions. If you are interested in working at the Help Desk in this position, fill out the application and talk with Cheryl Swanson at the Help Desk.

Summer Employment: These students work a regular 40 hour week through the summer. Applications are accepted begining in February until the positions are filled.

Residence Hall Technicians: These students are responsible for helping students in the residence halls get their computers connected to Augustana's network. They also oversee the labs in the Residence Halls.
