Using attachme

'Attachme' is a special printer name that will send your report to Groupwise as an attachment.

1) Generate the report to a file, OR.
2) Print the report directly to attachme.
3) In Groupwise, right click the attachment document. It will be called CARSreport.tx (generic name), Save the report using Wordpad or Word with a new filename that better describes the report.
4) Send email to the person requesting the report, attaching this new document.

NOTE: In step 3) we can make the report more readable by adjusting the Page setup, changing font, margins, size of characters.

Pitch: 8 - 10
Margins: Top .2, Bottom .3, Left .3, Right .2, Header 0.0, Footer 0.0
Orientation: Portrait or Landscape
