To Log Into Your Voice Messaging Service

1. Call Midcontinent's Voice Messaging from a touch tone phone.
2. Enter your 10 digit mail box number
3. Enter your password followed by #

To Personalize and Use Your Voice Messaging Service

Outgoing message and voice signature

1. Call Midcontinent's Voice Messaging and log in
2. Press 9 for your mailbox setup menu
3. Press 1 for greetings options
4. Press 4 to record your greeting
5. Press 2 to save this grreeting
6. Press * to return to the mailbox setup menu

Password

1. Call Midcontinent's Voice Messaging and log in
2. Press 9 for your mailbox setup menu
3. Press 2 to change password
4. Enter your NEW password, followed by # (it can be up to 16 digits long).
5. Re-enter your NEW password to verify it

To Regrieve and Listen to a Message

1. Call Midcontinent's Voice Messaging and log in
2. Press 1 to go to new messages
3. Press 2 to go to saved messages
4. Press * to return ot the main menu

To Forward or Transfer a Message

1. While or after listening to the message, Press 6
2. Follow the prompts for the 10 digit mail box you want to forward this message too

While Listening to a Message

1. Press 1 to play the message
2. Press 2 to save message and go to the next message
3. Press 3 to delete message and go to the next one
4. Press 4 to save the message as NEW
5. Press 5 to Reply to the message (only works if sent from another voice mail user)
6. Press 6 to Forward the message
7. Press 7 to back up 3 seconds
8. Press 8 to pause/continue message
9. Press 9 to go forward 3 seconds
