Equipment Descriptions

Data projector

Audio-visual equipment is available for use by Augustana faculty, staff and students. Call Media Services (Ext. 4920) or use the online Media/Equipment Request Form to schedule delivery of A-V equipment to your office or classroom.

Students who will be using equipment for a class should print out and sign the Equipment Use Agreement and bring it to Media Services before the equipment is needed.

Equipment is scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Ideally, we would like to have 2 day's notice of your need for equipment, but we do our best to accommodate last minute orders.
