CIAO

Columbia International Affairs Online (CIAO) is the most comprehensive source for theory and research in international affairs. It publishes a wide range of scholarship from 1991 onward that includes working papers from university research institutes, occasional papers series from NGOs, foundation-funded research projects, proceedings from conferences, books, journals and policy briefs. ***Off-campus access: Users must set up a personal account ON CAMPUS in order to use this resource from off-campus. Click on the "remote access" link in the left navigation bar to create the account.

CQ Congress

CQ Congress Collection is a dynamic, data-rich research and reference tool allowing a sweeping historical analysis of members of Congress, their legislative voting behavior, interest groups, and their interactions in crafting public policy.

CQ Online

Includes access to CQ Researcher (in-depth analysis on the most current and controversial issues of the day), CQ Weekly (expert coverage of the U.S. Congress) and Electronic Encyclopedia of American Government.

JSTOR's Political Science collection

Provides access to 26 core, scholarly journals in the area of political science. To search these titles, click on search, enter search term(s) and select "Political Science" under "Select Disciplines or Journals". Coverage begins with volume 1 for each title and excludes the current 3-5 years. Browse title list.

Lexis-Nexis Academic

Provides online access to full-text federal, state and international legal materials, as well as full-text and bibliographic information from newspapers, news and business magazines, newsletters, wire services, broadcast transcripts, and biographical sources. Includes many international news sources.

Political Science: A SAGE Full-Text Collection

This database includes the full text of 27 journals published by SAGE and participating societies, encompassing over 21,500 articles and up to 32 years of backfiles.
