    On Thursday, October 22, city residents are invited to share their opinions about what Sioux Falls should look like in 10, 20, or even 30 years. The hour-long event at Augustana's Elmen Center Hall Forum begins with a live broadcast of KSFY news at 6:00 followed by the Sioux Falls Next Town Hall meeting at 6:30 p.m.
