Augustana Football Featured on 'Life to the Max'

Augustana football was the feature of a Life to the Max program that aired earlier this week on WCCO-TV in Minneapolis and on the Midco Sports Network.

The segment, "Vikings of the South," highlighted the team's recent visit to the Shriners Hospital, St. Paul, and explored the history and recent success of the Augustana football program. In addition to vintage Viking football footage, the segment includes interviews with players Tyler Schulte and Dan Schoen, Professor Emeritus and former coach Dr. Ken Kessinger, Athletic Director Bill Gross, Football Coach Mike Aldrich and President Rob Oliver.

The host of the show is Mike Max, a well-known broadcasting personality who makes his home on Minneapolis-based WCCO's television and radio stations.

Augustana men's basketball was also featured on Life to the Max last February.
