    The 2010 January Interim at Augustana (January 4 thru 27) finds 87 students studying on seven continents - Africa, North America, South America, Antarctica, Asia, Australia/Oceania, and Europe. In addition, 13 Augustana faculty members are teaching courses abroad.

  • Alumnus Leads Release of New Industry Standard

    Owen Ambur, who graduated from Augustana in 1972, was recently recognized for his efforts in the release of the newest innovation StratML from AIIM (www.aiim.org). Ambur served as chair of the committee responsible for the new standard.

  • Augustana Junior Receives Scholarship to Study in Austria

    Augustana College junior Ryan Lee from Cannon Falls, Minnesota, is the recipient of a Gilman Study Abroad Scholarship. Through the American Institute for Foreign Study, he will spend the spring semester in Salzburg, Austria.

  • Former Augustana Regent Al Schock dies at age 89

    Al Schock, 89, who served 12 years on the Augustana College Board of Regents, died December 27, 2009, of complications from cancer. Schock’s longtime association with Augustana included gifts of time, leadership, and financial support.
