Washington Monthly's "2015 College Ranking" lists Augustana as the No. 13 baccalaureate college in the nation for its contributions to the public good in three areas: social mobility, research and service.
During the opening celebration on Sept. 1, Augustana will honor 18 rising juniors who have been selected to receive the prestigious Sophomore Honors Award.

In his new role, Jorgensen will provide leadership to Augustana’s existing graduate and continuing education programs and also facilitate the development and implementation of new programming. Working alongside faculty, staff and Augustana’s new Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Jorgensen will work to build collaborative educational programming with businesses, healthcare, education and other organizations throughout the region.
The Princeton Review, a nationally known education services company, has again ranked Augustana among the best colleges in the Midwest. The College is listed among 159 premier institutions The Princeton Review recommends in its "Best in the Midwest" section of the website feature, "2016 Best Colleges: Region by Region."

Forbes has again included Augustana among its listing of "America's Top Colleges," a ranking of the top 650 colleges in the U.S. The ranking, Forbes says, is based on value.
"Our sights are set directly on ROI: What are students getting out of college," Forbes wrote in its report methodology.
