Junior Hal Thompson's article, "Wall Street in Widescreen"  illustrates how cinema can help define the financial crisis of 2008. The piece was published in the Fall 2011 issue of Financial History, the magazine of the Museum of American Finance, along with an article by Dr. Robert Wright, Nef Family Chair of Political Economy.

From Augustana to the Olympics

Thanks to their experiences at Augustana, senior Megan Erspamer and alumnus Chad Vander Poel both received opportunities to work for the U.S. Olympic Committee. Erspamer completed a summer internship in the Emerging Sport Program; Vander Poel now works for the Committee's Venue Operations.
