Augustana's Tessa Foth Co-Player of the Week for NCC Softball

SIOUX FALLS - Tessa Foth, the only senior on Augustana's roster, has been selected co-player of the week for North Central Conference softball.

The Vikings' starting shortstop from Becker, Minn., hit .357 in eight games, seven of which went into the win column. Included were two three-run home runs and four doubles. She scored seven runs, drove in eight runs, and stole three bases.

Heading into Wednesday's scheduled doubleheader with Southwest State University at Bowden Field, Foth leads the Vikings in batting (.340), hits (64), doubles (15), triples (4), home runs (7) and RBIs (33).
