Fuehrer, Larson Honorable Mention Picks to Women’s NCC Academic At-Large Team

SIOUX FALLS - Augustana seniors Kara Fuehrer, Huron, S.D., and Lonna Larson, Vermillion, S.D., earned honorable mention recognition on the 2001-2002 North Central Conference women’s all-academic at-large team.

The team is selected by the league's sports information directors and includes athletes competing in golf, track and field, cross country, tennis, and swimming and diving.

Fuehrer, a biology major, competes in track and cross country. She is the daughter of Judy Chaffins.

Larson is majoring in mathematics. She competes in track and basketball. Lonna is the daughter of LeRoy and Marlys Larson.
