SIOUX FALLS – Allison Hubers of Augustana has been named the North Central Conference softball co-player of the week for her performance at the Northwest Missouri State Classic.
Hubers, a junior from Pipestone, Minn., hit .533 in five games last weekend. She drove in eight runs, while striking out only once. She was 4-for-5 in an 11-3 win over Fort Hays State, scoring one run and driving in six. Included in the barrage was a three-run homer and a two-run single.
