For the first time since January 1, the Augustana women's basketball team climbed back into the USA Today/ESPN Division II Top 25 Coaches' Poll at No. 20.
The Vikings, who were ranked as high as 14th on December 4, but have been unranked in the last three polls, are 18-4 on the season. Last week, the Vikings defeated then No. 11 Minnesota State, 87-63, to help their return to the Top 25.
Augustana has two games scheduled this week. On Thursday, the Vikings entertain Nebraska-Omaha in a 6:08 p.m. contest at the Elmen Center’s Hall Sports Forum. On Saturday, Augustana heads north to take on No. 3 North Dakota in a 2 p.m. contest.
