SIOUX FALLS - Augustana students elected seniors Eric DeGraff, Alleman, Iowa, and Angie Pohl, Vermillion, Minn., King and Queen of Viking Days 2000. The coronation was held Sunday night in the Elmen Center.
DeGraff, Augustana's record-setting quarterback, is the son of Doug and Becky DeGraff. He is a HPER major.
Pohl is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Pohl. She is majoring in English and Spanish.
Members of the Royal Court are:
Amy Anderson, Storm Lake, Iowa. Amy is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. Rick Anderson. She is majoring in elementary education.
Susan Anderson, Balaton, Minn. Susan is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Martin Anderson. She is a nursing major.
Angie Brake, Wilmont, Minn. Angie is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Brake. She is an elementary education major.
Jason Kiner, Sioux Falls. Jason is the son of Robert and Susan Kiner. He is a business administration major.
Rachel Klimes, George, Iowa. Rachel is the daughter of Ross and Marcia Klimes. She is a music education major.
Heidi Limke, Bismarck, N.D. Heidi is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Denis Limke. She is majoring in elementary education.
Tom Madison, Watertown, S.D. Tom is the son of Kenneth and Renae Madison. He is majoring in government and international affairs, and Spanish.
Justin Mootz, Sioux Falls. Justin is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Mootz. He is majoring in government and international affairs, and Spanish.
Ashley Ryan, Brooklyn Park, Minn. Ashley is a psychology major. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Patrick Ryan.
Logan Wang, Hastings, Minn. Logan is majoring in English and religion. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Dean Wang.
Matt Weigel, Aberdeen, S.D. Matt is majoring in athletic training. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Dale Weigel.
Viking Days will be celebrated October 6-8.
