Program Strategy

6d. Develop a series of workshops for faculty on the mission and vocation of the college. These workshops will focus on student learning outcomes coming from or tied to the mission and vocation of Augustana College.

Evaluation Activities

Participants enrolled in this colloquium will provide evaluative data as follows: responses from a pretest and responses from a posttest. One anticipated outcome is a change in emphasis within classes at the college, particularly in general education classes.

Specific Intended Outcomes

This goal will have been met when:

1. A series of workshops for faculty are developed.

2. Measurable changes have occurred in terms of tying the mission of Augustana College into the learning experiences of the students at Augustana College.
