I. RASS Management Leadership shall be consisted of :

1. The Board of Directors

2. The Executive Directors

3. The States Coordinators

4. Advisory Committee

II. RASS USA Board of Directors shall be entitle as President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Members and shall be composed of nine or more Representatives from:

1. Non-Governmental Organizations

2. Religious Communities

3. Community Outreach Leaders

4. Women groups

5. Institutional or educational Leaders

6. Members of SPDF

7. Donors

III. RASS USA Executive Councils shall be composed of:

1. Executive Director

2. Deputy Executive Director

3. Secretary General

4. Director of finance

5. Director of Women League

IV. RASS USA State Coordinator Councils shall be consisted of:

1. State Coordinator

2. Deputy State Coordinator

3. State Secretary

. Public Relations & Information

5. Women League

V. RASS USA Advisory Committee shall be consisted of five Pastors & members from Churches

· The Executive Director shall be entitling as president & Chief Executive Officer of RASS USA, Inc.

· The State Coordinator of RASS USA shall have a power & authority of that respective State.

· The President of RASS USA Board of Directors shall have a power and legal authority of RASS Frame works and Leadership Strategies.

· The Advisory Committee shall advise the Executive Councils and the Board of Directors for accountability of RASS USA Leadership.

· The President of Board of Directors and the State Coordinators shall report RASS USA activities to the Executive Councils directly to the President & CEO and the Secretary General of Executive Councils.
