Membership is open to all full-, part-time, and retired teachers of French, and college and university students who plan to teach French. The AATF is the largest national Association of French teachers in the world, and has nearly 10,000 members and 76 chapters across the U.S. The South Dakota Chaper meets during the annual conference of the South Dakota World Languages Association (SDWLA).
