Director of Campus Life
Corey serves as the Director of Campus Life and is responsible for overall leadership of the Campus Life Program. Corey has worked in housing and residential education at Augustana since 2007. Corey holds a B.A. in Sociology and Criminal Justice from Gonzaga University and an M.Ed. in Student Personnel Administration from Western Washington University.

Senior Associate Director of Campus Life
Jeff serves as the Senior Associate Director of Campus Life and is responsible for leadership of the Residential Education team (Hall Directors, Viking Advisors and Viking Guides). Jeff has worked with residence life, student activities, orientation, and event management for the past 10 years at Augustana. Jeff holds a B.A. in Communication Studies from South Dakota State University.

Associate Director of Campus Life
Michelle serves as an Associate Director of Campus Life. Michelle works very closely with Welcome Week, Volunteer Programs, and Student Engagement (clubs, organizations, and activities). Michelle holds a B.A. in English Writing and Mathematics from Morningside College and an M.A. in College Student Development with a concentration in Student Affairs from Appalachian State University.

Michelle serves as an Associate Director of Campus Life and works with housing operations. Michelle earned her B.A. in International Business at Ball State University and her M.S. in College Student Affairs at Eastern Illinois University.

The following members of the Campus Life team are professional staff who reside in each of our residential communities and serve as on-call emergency contacts for our campus community.
Jenna serves as an Assistant Director of Campus Life and works with housing operations. Jenna earned her B.A. in Business Communication from Augustana University and her M.A. in Student Affairs Administration from Lewis & Clark College.

Chaye Deutsch began working at Augustana in Fall 2018 serving Stavig Hall and our theme house communities. Chaye is now the Area Director for Bergsaker and Solberg Halls. Chaye received a Bachelor of Business Administraion from Sam Houston State University and a Master of Science in Marketing from the University of Houston. Chaye has served in various roles in secondary and higher education as well as marketing and public relations in her home state of Texas.

Kally serves as an Aisstant Director of Campus Life and works with Civic Engagement. Kally received her B.A. in Communication and International Studies from the University of North Dakota and M.Ed. in Educational Leadership - Higher Education at Southern Methodist University.

Samantha Kibbish serves as an Assistant Director of Campus Life and Area Director of Stavig and Tuve Halls. Samantha works with Augie's Student Organizations. Samantha joined Augustana in July 2018 after working in student organizations and engagement for 7 years at various institutions in California. Samantha holds a B.S. in Hospitality Management, with a minor in Business, from San Jose State University and a M.A. in Organization and Leadership, with an emphasis in Higher Education, from the University of San Francisco.

Brent serves as an Assistant Director of Campus Life and advises the Union Board of Governors (UBG). Brent also works with Viking Central and is a Strengths Coach. Brent Olinger is originally from Emery, SD and received his Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies and Political Science and Master of Arts in Educational Administration at the University of South Dakota.

Laura serves as an Assistant Director of Campus Life and is the Area Director for East and Granskou Halls. Laura received her B.S. from South Dakota State University in Human Development and Family Studies. She earned her M.S. in Vocational Rehabilitation Couseling and M.Ed. in Student Affairs at South Dakota State University.
