Pricing

"On Campus" pricing applies to all groups within the Augustana College organization--Please contact the catering office for "on campus" pricing."Off Campus" pricing applies to groups that book their events on campus or offsite, contracting Augustana Dining Services, but are not affiliated with Augustana College. Offsite caterings will be subject to additional delivery charges. All pricing includes special services such as linens, skirting, and serving products required to properly present your event.

 
Reservations & Billing

Reservations for space and catering should be made as far in advance as possible. Reservations for space must be made by contacting Jackie Schmidtman, Conferences & Scheduling at (605) 274-4546. Place your catering order with Jan Reese, Catering Director or Diana Retelny, Catering Assistant at (605) 274-4415. We request an estimated count of guests attending one week prior to the event. Your final count will be due 48 hours prior to the event. Your final count is your guaranteed number for which you will be charged. We will prepare and set for ten percent over your count to accommodate guests who did not confirm with you. On the final billing, you will be charged for not less than ninety-five percent of the guaranteed number or actual attendance, whichever is greater.

 
Cancellations

There is no charge for cancellations made at least forty-eight hours prior to the event. Cancellations made within forty-eight hours before the event are subject to a service charge according to the nature of the event.
