Viking Senior Experience Program

Seniors are in an exciting time of transition from the college experience to their next step beyond Augustana. The Viking Senior Experience is a program that coordinates resources to permit students to explore personal, social, spiritual, and practical issues of moving from college to life beyond. Topics such as financial planning, vocational calling, relationship issues, graduate and professional school preparation, and career exploration will be addressed. In addition, seniors will be encouraged to become active alumni.

In this program classmates will have the opportunity to challenge and support each other as they prepare to conclude their college experience. They will learn more about themselves and people around them. This program is held in three different residential living atmospheres. Programs occur in Tuve and East Hall which are upperclassman residence halls, and Vahalla House, an all senior theme house. The locations provide students with comfortable and accessible space to gather formally and informally.
