Judicial System
The Decision
The accused student shall be advised in writing of the judicial decision. The complainant shall also be notified of the judicial hearing's outcom. (Students involved in a residence hall related judicial decision reached through an administrative hearing may request a review of their case and sanction by the Associate Dean of Students or designee.)
