Petition for Exception to Academic Policies

Academic policies are intended to apply to all students in normal circumstances. However, occasionally a student's situation may warrant an exception to the general policy. When students feel an exception to an academic policy may be justified, they must submit a petition containing a rationale for the exception to the Dean of Academic Affairs. The form to be used in submitting this request may be secured from the Registrar's Office. A written notice of approval or denial is sent to the petitioner.
