Accordingly, this Student Handbook is not intended to be a legally binding contract, and the College reserves the right to amend, supplement, interpret, rescind, or deviate from any policies or portions of the Handbook from time to time as it deems appropriate based upon the facts and circumstances surrounding each situation, in its sole and absolute discretion. Any amendments and supplements to the Student Handbook during the academic year shall appear in this electronic online version of the handbook

This online handbook supersedes and revokes all prior statements of policy at Augustana College concerning matters contained in the Student Handbook.
